Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: August 2026

At Camape Grandeur, we dedicate significant time and resources to planning each client's event. For this reason, the following policy applies to all bookings.

Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only after:

• A signed service agreement has been received.

• The required deposit has been paid.

Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the signed agreement.

Client Cancellations

If a client cancels a project after work has commenced, fees for completed services and non-recoverable expenses remain payable.

Event Rescheduling

Requests to reschedule are subject to availability and approval. Additional fees may apply depending on supplier commitments and project requirements.

Supplier Payments

Payments already made to third-party suppliers are subject to each supplier's cancellation policy and may not be recoverable.

Force Majeure

Camape Grandeur shall not be liable for cancellations or delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, travel disruptions, or other unforeseen events.
